My approach to therapy
My practice is built on the belief that meaningful change happens in a space of safety, curiosity, and connection. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to explore what's feeling hard, uncover patterns that might be getting in the way, and discover new ways of living. By understanding themselves more deeply, I help clients to let go of patterns that no longer serve them, and open to new ways of being that allow them to feel more fulfilled and more connected in their lives.
No two people are alike, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. What matters most to me is building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship where we can work together to better understand your experience and move toward the life and relationships you want to build.
My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapies to meet you where you are at and support growth in ways that feel most meaningful to you.
My work is grounded in psychodynamic and relational frameworks, which help us make sense of how past experiences and core beliefs shape current patterns. I also integrate tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS) to support meaningful, practical change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity.
